I would like some help IDing these mesh security walls and doors. If there is a mod that adds them in as build-able pieces, thats even better.

You should look on the Fallout 4 nexus, in the category "Player Settlement".
There are a couple of mods that would be interesting, i will not be suggesting you any since there are more than one and which one you would prefer depend on your personal taste, but like BlackTigerTK said, Settlement Objects Expansion Pack should be a good mod, but you could always check on the nexus for more.

@BlackTigerTK, @nikeee1111, I have SOE, Homemaker, SSEX, and SKE all installed. I cannot find that particular build tile set.

Maybe You should ask the author of the SOA to add these items?
