[FO4] Modded Weapon Crashes Game

Hey guys

So remember Spray n Pray ?
The submachine gun you get from the mobster you track down with Valentine to save the daughter of the... oh you know it ?

and if you don't, here's a link:

Anyway, I was an idiot and used this mod (through Bethesda.net):
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/12363/?
and added a laser and a flashlight to it
then the mod was updated (through Bethesda.net)
and now, every time I come across this weapon either in my pipboy or in a crafting bench, I CTD immediately.
I can't even hover over it, let alone remove it from my inventory.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You might need to remove it from your inventory manually using console commands

player.removeItem <base_id> <amount> according to Fallout Wiki

AwesomeNino's way can work of just easier in my opinion, downgrade the mod, then in the game get rid of the flashlight/laser, save and reupdate the mod.
I got the same problem when a weapon got updated and follow the method I just gave you it should work.

Thanks, guys.
I couldn't find the older version of the mod itself
and console was disabled cause I play on Survival mode TongueTril

BUT
I used a mod to re-enable the console (without switching out of Survival)
and I used the console to remove the gun
then I used player.additem to add it back
but it didn't add the legendary Spray n' Pray
it just added a default submachine gun back
so I guess I lost Spray n' Pray for good Sad

Oh well... At least the game stopped crashing like a mo'fo'!!!
