I remember forums. The rate of communication was perfect for me. More in-depth than current social media, less lonely than a personal blog. Looks like you guys have built a great place here, I look forward to joining in (as energy levels permit, this prospector is getting on a bit!).

the golden days of GUNetwork when the forums were the best place to discuss, share, release mods, show off screenshots and have lots of online games and contests.
Way before Facebook groups and, well, mostly Discord channels materialized into what they are today.

Sorry you didn't visit us back when we were really active with over 400-500 new posts each day.
We may not get back to that, but we're still here for when nostalgia hits

It's a lost medium. Sites like elsewhere miss the "human" and "community" element. Sadly it seems this forum isn't very active either.
