So a while back I made a companion pack on the Nexus. Recently I got the urge to update and fix the pack improving it and such. One issue has been getting to me. I made a gecko companion he was able to breath fire. The thing that is bothering me is that he wont ever melee just fire. now admittedly I love fire, but I was hoping for the gecko to do more then just breath fire. Any ideas on how to get him to use his melee attacks? he has a companion wheel but even when told to use his melee weapon he just stands there like a confused dog.

It might be a creature problem... Rex doesn't have a ranged attack so maybe its just a weird creature bug

try putting him to behavior like a human.
