I remembered the mod "Obscurum Pandemic" added custom animations to the Ghost People that allows them to use different weapon types, and that includes guns. Terrifyingly awesome with Drag's Dead Money Overhaul.

@ProximalBoar82 Nice to see you got it working, I cant help but notice you don't have archive invalidation ticked it's a common issue and an easy fix just tick archive invalidation on whatever mod manager you are using

The Courier discovered Benny had fled the Strip and was making haste to Fortification Hill where the Legion are located. Will the Courier succeed in recovering the Platinum Chip? Find out in this exciting episode of FALLOUT NEW VEGAS!

The Courier, Arcade and the eyebot ED-E finally reached Cottonwood Cove where they would be taken to meet Caesar, a man so feared in the Mojave. Once at Fortification Hill, he and his companions are disarmed and are told their lord is up the hill. Along the way, the Courier had never seen a depraved place; slaves, mostly women, treated worse than animals and bruised. Children brainwashed to one day become soldiers to die for Caesar and the Legion. Once outside Caesar's tent, the Courier was forced to keep his friends outside and walk in alone. He was face to face with him, conquerer of 86 tribes. Caesar wanted the Courier to join his Legion and gave him his first assignment; destroy the underground bunker, the place Benny wanted to get to. There he was given the Platinum Chip and on his way out, he found Benny tied up. He spoke to him and Benny begged him not to destroy the bunker. If the Courier wanted to free New Vegas, or control it, Benny told him to use Yes Man as he could never refuse. He didn't want to die without leaving a legacy.
The Courier, beforehand, never sought to join Caesar. He activated the bunker and all the securitrons kept hidden there came alive, on standby, ready for war. He returned to Caesar and lied that the bunker was destroyed. He easily believed it for the ground beneath trembled violently. For the Courier's next task for the Legion was to execute Benny. For someone who went out his way to murder him and bury him, the Courier came to some doubts whether he could do it. He was surrounded by Caesar's elite guards, no matter what he could do, there was no way but to do what he was commanded. With Benny's own gun, he swiftly ended Benny's life.

Before leaving the Courier spoke to Caesar some more, to understand what his enemy thinks. They weren't an ordinary tribe of murderers, hellbent on destroying the Mojave and the Republic. Caesar used the Roman empire as a template for his fascist empire to unite assimilated tribes under a single nationalist identity and elevate them to a higher level of morality and pride. They weren't going to destroy New Vegas, they wanted to change it into the image of their own, to create their Rome. If he won, the Legion would evolve into the next stage from a nomadic tribe to a standing military force where the citizens and, more importantly, the dictator are protected. The NCR was Caesar's first enemy he ideologically opposed. He believed, in the end, only one can survive. Two opposite ideological beliefs can't coexist; a thesis, an antithesis, an evitable conflict, then finally a synthesis.
Caesar's Legion had to be stopped, the Courier realised, whatever the costs.
