Hey guys, I already have a topic about favourite ENB's but I'm still truggling with it as it's something I've never dabbled in. The in game settings for the ENB just don't ever seem to make a difference whenever I apply them and what I'm left with is a washed out image and my character's face is super lit up and bright.





Can anyone tell me the specific settings for changing the contrast, colour and brightness? Even when I managed to reduce the brightness of the overall image, my character's face is always super bright whenever I'm outside. It's only ever since I downloaded nevada skies I've been having this issue. Any help or suggestions are welcomed and appreciated, thanks guys

basically theres already lots OF presets on ENB on the nexus site you dont have to edit ... only if you want personal one

In the picture i dont see enable enb... are you sure you installer correctly ?

note : windows 10 dont work wrapper at all and injector have problems that required some extra edits and files to fix

it's windows 10 im on, you think thats what could have cased the problems? I used the wrapper version during install, and the version still had super bright faces when I downloaded it. The picture above and the picture in my other ENB thread was as best I could get it looking, with most of the ENB settings not making any changes whatsoever, even after saving, loading and applying settings and restarting the game multiple times.

@erafox Downloaded 47 sequel, with the weather mod because I really dislike Nevada skies. I'm really happy with the sequel but my face is super grainy and the shadows from my hat and hair completely cover my face. Can anyone tell me how to lower the shadows? It's a little over powering

Wrapper version dont work on windows 10 for 99% of people that use ENB ...check google

Try injector and if still dont work i have more ideas but try injector first

47 sequel has a kinda grainy overlay. Turn off / mess around with the [effect] settings. Like Lens, Adaption, etc



EDIT: Oh also turn off detailed shadows and see if that helps

Hi,

You might try setting iActorShadowCountExt=0 in your FalloutPrefs.ini (or falloutcustom.ini if you're using JIP) under [Display]. I haven't tried that ENB but it may already be handing exterior shadows. So turning off the game's exterior shadows might help.

Hi guys, sorry for the lack of replies as I have been busy over easter.


My shadows problem fixed itself actually once I had restarted the game after changing some of my shadows settings. I won't lie guys, I have no idea what I'm doing but I'm getting there

I used the Injector version in stead of thw wrapper and it seemed to fix the issue for me too, no more loading issues when saving and loading configurations.

Topic set to [SOLVED] as the issue seems to have been solved. Thank you again to @erafox @DcCharge @conn11399 for the help, it is appreciated
