Hey there, I'm Cephillicius but you can just call me Ceph. I have a near obsession with Modding games, in particular Fallout New Vegas. I started off using the Nexus and ran across Dragbody's Heroes of the Apocalypse and I quickly fell in love with the amazing detail it had. I was dissapointed, seeing I couldn't find any more mods by him up to the same quality. Then I started to see something that confused me. The Legion will Ryse, Ultimate NCR Overhaul, Brotherhood Reforged, and tons of other amazing mods on Youtube. I learned that Drag had moved his content here- and thus here I am.

Not quite an "Introduction" to I am I suppose, but I've never really been that social haha... Although I'm open to answering any questions,
