Big Hello Smiley I was browsing Internet for some cool mods for my FNV, where I accidentically found some interesting dragbody's retextures. I was so excited, but some of the mods were blocked. Like I recently found out, there is a reputation system, which is on the way of perfectioning my game folder. What would you advice to start with to earn some reputation? What kind of activity? Maybe... feedbacks?
Btw, this site was blocked by my Internet provider...

Hey dude, welcome! In order for you to receive any rep, you need to be active within this community by giving feedback, participating in discussions, etc. Eventually you'll earn enough rep to gain a promotion and gain access to such mods. Also please follow all rules and be kind to others on here.

See ya around!

Waving Smiley Hello, JustArrived!
I might not be the greatest person at explaining this because I'm fairly new myself, but I'm gonna try anyway. If anyone knows better feel free to correct me.
From what I can tell reputation in and of itself is not needed for promotion. How much you've posted, how often you post, and the quality of those posts is the most important part (beyond following the rules, of course). While posts considered to be high quality are more likely to have been/be given positive reputation I would assume that there are many posts that don't have positive rep given to them that would be considered such.
So post to whatever you can/feel like, don't worry too much about reputation, and that promotion (and those awesome exclusive mods) will show up before you know it!
Of course, I could be wrong so you might want to take all this with a grain of salt until someone more experienced shows up. TongueTril

Either way, nice to meet you, hope you enjoy the mods you can currently access, and I hope to see more posts from you! Smile

Hi JustArrived,

If i would have to give an advice that would be two words: 'active' and 'patient'. At least thats what i try to do.

Anyway welcome to the community.

Cheers

Hello @JustArrived and welcome. We're not a download center, but a community. There are people here that work hard to provide all this nice content and the "price to pay" is beeing a good guy, posting some good posts to thank the authors, giving reputation and if you have time...simply participate a bit. Forget the rep system and just act, if you're this good guy the rest will come naturally and the community will recognize you as such. Here is the thread that explains everything about mod access https://www.gunetwork.org/t16752-promotions-how-to-get-mod-access.

Good luck Wink

just dont think about the special access mods, be a part of the community, and overall a nice person. One day you'll see that you've gotten special access and you'll be delightfully surprised!

@"JustArrived" Welcome! I myself am new here. IMO special access mods aren't really that important as a new arrival; in time I'm sure access will be allowed. What should be foremost is getting to know the community...So Big Hello Smiley
