Hello VGU i installed a couple more mods and all of the sudden its become...laggy with a whole lot of stuttering and i have NVAC,& NV stuttering remover but nothing is working...suggest a few mods i should not play with?

Scale back your graphics settings and install the mod Performance of the Gods, I installed that mod and got like a 20-30 FPS boost. Also, install New Vegas Stutter Remover, that works wonders too, go do all those things and report back and we'll go from there.

Your load order it looks a little of use loot to sort it, if you using 2k or 4k textures use this to increase performance Optimizer Textures: [url]http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/12801/?[url]. You can also try taking of vsync and use the stutter remover fps setting.

Remove the mods you added recently, and see if when you remove one of them makes the performance better. That's what I do when NV starts acting stupid.

What are your computer's specs? A laptop or PC?
Are you using an ENB?
Are you using the suggested load order on the TTW website?
Are you using the full version of NMC or the Lite / Performance versions?

Honestly...use the performance/lite versions of NMC. There is little to no difference between them, other than scale and file size. If you're on a laptop, downscaling the textures, video settings and using mods that remove excess clutter like ToastyButtz suggested will improve performance. Additionally, if you are using an ENB, you may wish to use a combination of a SweetFX preset & Dynavision 3 instead to give you similar visuals without the performance cost of an ENB. Using the stutter remover will help also.

Finally, use the 4GB.exe.

Hey mate, i recently had the exact same problem because i have windows 8 and that can cause some conflict in older games' performance. Note that this may not work for you but there is alot of good feedback on doing this for new systems or old with windows 8.
(1 Navigate to Libraries>My documents>My Games>falloutnv>Right click Fallout.ini and select "Edit" it works best with Notepad++ or regular Notepad
(2 Ctrl + F and a box should come up, and then search for "General"
(3 Once you have found it scroll to the very bottom of "General" and Type: iNumHWThreads=2 (If that doesn't work replace the 2 with a 1 or a 4)
(4 Click on file and select "Save"

Note: I also suggest looking into using windowed mode and using a "Fake fullscreen" tool named "Windowed Borderless Gaming" which can be downloaded from a steam group.
I use it because Fake fullscreen mod by "Buda20" doesn't work for me :L

Note 2: Make sure your DLC Is always loaded after FalloutNV.esm or it will cause crashes and some other problems.

Uninstall the mods you had downloaded and see if it helps
