I have recently started playing fallout 4 for the pc but i have ran into a bit of an issue, the game itself runs smoothly but the hud as you can see from the screenshots is not right

Spoiler:

i have only noticed this affecting the compass and the favourites bar is this something that can be fixed?

what mods do you have? do have anything that effects the hud?

Do you have a AMD card??

I only have two mods installed at the moment those two mods being fcom and Darth vader armor.

Edit: I have an AMD FX(tm)- 4350 Quad-core Processor

Moved to troubleshooting and did you check your screen resolution because that might be why

when i open the launcher for fallout 4 and go into options for resolutions i don't get any option as for for my screen resolution its 1024x768
