Megaton for me as well, but if this was red dead redemption I would have said tying up a lady of the night so that a train can get some love.

I put a grenade in that Ghoul named Roy's pocket, Helped Tenpenny, Murdered the doctor in Megaton for stimpaks, Blew up Megaton, Killed the Samurai dude for his armor, same with the cowboy guy, Let Fawkes do all the killing, tried to murder children, Shot up The Ultra Lux, The Tops and Gomorrah, Let House out his live tube thingy and left him out, Blew up the NCRCF, Blew up the Gun Runners, Gave Cass to the Van Graffs, then murdered them after they killed Cass

Only because I was annoyed at his repeating dialogue, despite the fact that he was simply doing his job as a crier. I'm already a demon.

This is modded Fallout of course, but there's been some really bad stuff.

1. Killed every kid in Little Lamplight in Fallout 3, except for Princess.
2. Enslaved Princess.
3. Killed Princess.
4. Lots of murder, but I always reloaded, so it's all good.
5. I steal everything I can.
6. I killed Bobby Bass.
7. Killed everyone belonging to the Van Graffs.
8. Killed everyone belonging to the Crimsons Caravan.
9. Killed everyone belonging to the New Vegas Brotherhood, including Vanessa (I didn't want to kill her, but she attacked me).
10. Killed every family on the strip.
11. Threatened that one woman in New Vegas Bounties 3.
12. Killed the guard in Mothership Zeta.
13. Killed every alien engineer in Mothership Zeta.
14. Probably some other stuff.

Kill shaun when he was dying with a baseball bat

Killing prostitutes in a Vegas.
Raped every fiend in a Vault 3, then dismembered them with a fire axe.

Brought the fridge kid in Fallout 4 to his parents, sold the kid to the slave trader and killed his parents in front of him.

Isn't that just siding with Yes-Man and then saying you don't like anyone and want them all gone? I could be wrong though, it's been ages since I did a playthrough siding with him.

Anyway, to answer the question, I also just finished my first Legion sided playthrough, killing almost everyone that I knew didn't matter. The worst things I think were killing Cass and selling Arcade into slavery.

- killed the whole Legion camp (children included)
-Blew up the brotherhood's bunker for the NCR (at least i got paid)
-Shot Mr House in the crotch
-Shot Doc Mitchell in the head after he saved my life
-Killed everyone in Goodsprings

Um...god I dont know...about almost every evil deed done in the book. But something I am proud is plant a mine in diego during his wedding. Right before he agreed to be with her he blew up! Laughed so hard.

I will not believe but in 2014, like how was fallout new vegas and started playing the role of a psycho necrophiliac and Yes, I killed everyone in the game and Yes my character raped them and then after the buzz he ate the corpse and the bones were stored in the cave, uhhh it was fun each kill and do bad things.

Killed everyone in Novac so that I could put their corpses on Dinky's teeth because I though it would be lol-worthy. I also created a mini pyramid out of the heads of the residents of Novac and placed it near the gate so that the NCR would think that the Legion did it.

Freed the Weathers family, only to shoot them in the back as they ran towards freedom. Reported to the husband, and convinced him to commit suicide. (I love the emotional dialouge, will be even better with Brave New World)
