In Fallout 3, I really hate Sticky, I think a lot of people can agree on that one there. I never understood hate for him...that is until I played his mission. From that day forward, I could completely understand why.

In Fallout: New Vegas, it has to be Elijah. I didn't like his attitude is all and it was pretty darn good when everything was coming together later on in the story with everyone turning against him.

Hmm, this is a pretty hard question to answer tbh. I think out of all the annoying characters in New Vegas my most hated one would be the Kings member that chases you down and gives you ten caps for doing all that work in Freeside. I guess if his dialog wasn't so loud it'd be a bit better, but as it is he is a bother. Other than that I can add the NCR captain at Mccarran that turns out to be a legionaire

It's a really hard choice to be honest. Here are some characters I really dislike. No particular order. Bear in mind I started at Fallout 3. So no classics:

Mr. Burke, Barton Thorn, Elijah, Allistair Tenpenny, Moore, Caesar, Papa Khan, Col. Autumn, Borous, MacCready (The gate guard from Little Lamplight), Veronica, Dixon.

Fantastic from Helios One,  This fucker oh god i fucking hate this guy so much and whats worse you can't do anything to make him get what he deserves outside of murder! Death is too good for this guy, any other option and he gets all the credit and gets off easy!

It may seem pretty unoriginal, but Benny from Fallout New Vegas. I dislike him mainly for the terrible voice acting job by Matthew Perry. Every line (and I mean EVERY line) is just delivered with the most boring, poorly acted, cringe-worthy monotony. I was completely fine with ending him, I mean he did shoot me in the head!

I always hated Tabitha, her overall fascist attitude and bold face lies to her mutant brothers and sisters are inexcusable.

If I had to pick a character that I love to hate it would be Rhombus. Voiced by the awesome Clancy Brown and the perfect example of everything The Brotherhood stands for.

If I was going to pick someone to actually hate it would be Oliver Swanick. All he really won was getting shot by the Courier.

Really hated Amata.
Like, no it's cool that I just saved the vault and am presumptuously homeless, and just trekked through the wasteland after being evicted from the only life I knew.
Long story short, I killed Amata.

Come to think of it, what Amata did was pretty bad. I never really killed her in any of my playthroughs. I guess it's now time to try out my guns on her. >

I always knock her out in the beginning though, seeing as how she can't be killed during Escape!

I think my hate for Amata was lessened because her dialog was a callback to the Overseer in the original Fallout. I was more sad than angry at her.

It's not that I hated Oliver Swanick, I just killed him for fun. I don't think you really ever get to see him again after the initial encounter so it doesn't really matter much.

Ricky,Fallout new Vegas. Honest Heart's DLC. Yet,in some way I find him very amusing at the same time as the same degree of HATING HIM. I spose it's love hate thing with that character.

I would have to agree with you there, all of his acting during that character was dull and monotone, not even the slightest hint of emotion during the sex cut scene if you played as a female.

I would have to say my absolutely hated character in the last two games would have to be Colonel Autumn and President Eden, just something about those two I just hate.

From FO3 Eulogy Jones and Colin Moriarty, for being the embodiment of General and Sexual Slavery. Everytime my character talks with them I'm tempted to make their heads explode

From FNV Cachino and Logan, since both are two foul-mouthed dudes that make me be furious whenever I interact with them.

For Fallout 3, The Overseer of Vault 101, That guy is an asshole and I spent about 5 minutes emptying clips into him after I first killed him just because I detested him as a person and I disliked his accent.

For New Vegas, I hated Caesar, Mainly for moral reasons, but he's a piker, Nonetheless.

From FO3 Sharpnel, i know he has a past as a raider, but hey, i'm buying your stuff everyday and later is being rude while not on counter.

From New Vegas Mick & Ralph's Crier he just can't shut up.
