straight razor, never used it and never will. Every time an enemy ran at me with that thing, i would just stand still and just shoot him in the face.

My list of worst weapons for me: Single Shotgun, Cowboy Repeater, Service Rifle, any explosives types, and any energy weapon.

I'll stick to my custom varmint rifle, and The Terrible Shotgun only. c:

The BB gun, and the Silenced .22 pistol. Some weapons I can see why there so terrible, like the Single Shotgun for example, because its a starter weapon starter weapons for the majority are supposed to be be terrible. But the BB gun, and .22 pistol I don't see any use for them.

The BB gun by far, it's the most pointless gun in the wasteland

I loved the energy weapons in fallout 1 and 3 but in new vegas they just don't seem as good as the guns. I still like laser but can't stand plasma (the unique plasma rifle takes up too much of the screen).

FryingTengu - The unique BB gun has a really good critical damage multiplier so it is an amazing sneak weapon (With the Better Criticals perk, a critical hit from the Abilene Kid LE BB gun can do 109 damage which is just less than a sniper rifle). The .22 it's really the starter sneak weapon. The normal BB gun is just plain bad.

I for one sometimes carry "useless weapons" around for the sake of fun.
Plinking a deathclaw to death with a BB gun is a much funnier achievement than killing one with a Fat Man, don't you think? Maybe that's just me.

Haha I'm definitely going to try plinking a deathclaw to death next time, I can't say I've ever done it. Although I did quite like carrying around my little switchblade and starting fights with it; I always found it funny how quickly things could escalate from a little slash to a full blown fire fight.

Combat mods can change a lot too. I never fully understood why in the later parts of the game emptying a 9mm Pistol clip into somebody's face point blank barely did any damage.

If you're going to try that - be careful, it's a big and long commitment you're making

I feel like the .32 pistol in Fallout 3 is pretty useless.

The Varmint Rifle...the only thing that made this weapon worth anything, was if you could find the night scope amd silencer for it early on, beyond that, total waste of time...and its an ugly weapon model too.

I personally hate the bb gun and the sawed off shot gun. They just don't do good damage.

Yeah... the fatman. never needed it.

I don't really dislike/hate anything except the damned Hologram Rifle. I actually do hate that thing, for several reasons mainly because I hate the look of it, the sound, I hate the hit effects from it. I'll stop myself because I'm known to rant on about the little stuff.

Varmit rifle is by far the worst weapon. I would say bb gun but it's not exactly meant to be a weapon for enemies, more for target practice or being a form of clutter you can shoot.

.32 pistol in fallout 3 for me. very useless for me.

.22 weapons they are all useless
