I'd say the 9mm Doc Mitchel gives you at the start of the game.
Not because it's a 9mm, but because it's thrown upon the player, which is annoying.
It makes sense that the Courier got shot in the head; he was using a terrible gun.

The experimental mirv because you go through so much troubl to get it and its so useless when is there a scenario that much firepower is needed i cant think of a single one where you need 8 nukes

Can't really say there's any weapons I outright hated, just ones I never really used. In the case of the latter, it'd probably be any kind of mines.

Wouldn't say hate any weapons from it, I just don't either care for em all or don't think they'd suit my situation in most combat. So most I'd rarely use would have be any type of 9mm weapons related.. could never get it to do damage even at early beginning.. just would always grab a melee weapon instead lol.

All the pistols ALL of them, none of them would be useful later on in the game which by then more competent rifles and two hand weapons outclass. Also a lot of combat in fallout is done in enclosed spaces so the grenade rifle only accomplishes its job in dismembering my own limbs.

I've only ever been on FNV, none of the others, but I pretty much hate most of the vanilla weapons in the game. That's why I like using mods.

i think the plasma pistol. It is so slow and useless. Plus i never bother to upgrade energy weapons.

He has just resumed my point of view, yet, i think varmint is still useful in certain cases,such as dealing with raiders at night , due to its mods, silenced and with nightvision,a varmint can help you to deal with them with headshots.
I must include the energy weapons, because apart of the gauss cannon, i think that its use is pretty reduced, also, there is more ammo for ordinary guns, than for useful energy weapons (energy cells guns not counting)

I'm gonna have to say overall, the least useful weapon would be the Kitchen Knife or the Straight Razor both of which I have never seen get a kill, or do any life threatening damage, the only time I see them, is when I feel like seal clubbing and I visit Freeside to watch sparks fly off my Power Armor as a mentally handicapped Freeside Bandit keeps swinging at me thinking he'll actually shave off some health.
As for ranged based weapons, the 32. revolver from FO 3 was garbage, and the 357. come to mind due to their terrible speed and overall lack of power. Once again I only see them when I beat down mentally handicapped bandits from the Powder Gangers or Vipers respectively or your standard run of the mill bandits depending on the game.
Just a bored Star Wars fan, looking forward to some nice mods for Fallout and a generally nice community.

Oh people, Chinese Pistol is the worst gun in the game. And standart laser rifle is not so good too, but sometimes is good to use... Also kitchen knife... to scratch the supermutant's spine? And in fact all light cold weapons like knives, bites ans like that are worth to take...
yeah well here on GUNetwork, we make mods, not war... sometimes the mods are about war, but you know what I mean (c) @ DVAted

Recharger pistol and rifle, .22 pistol (completely useless, that thing), switchblade and knife, incinerator (heavy and normal), throwing knife (was disappointed), flamer.

I think nearly all the vanilla weapons are pretty useless TBH. I've always used mods for my characters, either by upping the damage universally (all guns kill everything, including you, in 1 or 2 shots. Maybe 4 shots if you're wearing good armor) or by adding new weapon models (then upping their damage output as well). A .22 bullet to the head can kill you just as quick as any other caliber IRL, so why should it be any different in the game? I guess I just prefer more "realism" in the game...if you can really call something with 12 foot tall Shrek clones running around with rebar clubs "realistic"
