| I took the elevator down to the lower level in vault 81 and everything before looked normal but when the elevator opened it looked like an LSD trip Has anyone had this problem? - Spoiler:

| I think the jet might have kicked in.
Never seen anything like that before, my first thought was "graphic card meltdown" but it really doesn't look like a GPU failing or something hardware related.
Could it in any way be related to a mod? Something that changes the lighting or volumetric fog effects perhaps? _________________  |

I've looked everywhere on the internet and can't find this problem, I've tried uninstalling things that could be related to no effect, this oddly only happens in the vault 81 in the lower level that's populated with people _________________ |
