PostSubject: ENB Question: DoF Tweaking for screenshots   Sat Feb 20, 2016 4:24 am

I want to make my screenshots more cinematic and DoF seems to make them 10x more cinematic with it's fantastic blur. However, the only way I could actually get screenshots with DoF is when I go near something or is really close up to something. I see screenshots that are pretty distant and still get that DoF. I know this is something you can tweak with the ENBseries, but I don't know how to do it. Can someone help?

I'll take a shot at this, but I suck at explaining things.
When it comes to DoF, and tweaking, it, I usually just edit the configuration file for enbeffectprepass.fx, or swap it out for a different setup I like.

http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1079502-setting-to-add-distance-blur-to-cot-cinematic-enb/ If the answer you're looking for is not here its probably not yet integrated in Fo4(as far as I know). You can ask on the enb forums for a more detailed answer.

if its for Fallout New Vegas then try this the Groovatron, there is a function that makes the background very blurry perfect for screenshots, so you dont even need dof.

if you search something for Fallout 4 then i can only recommend you this Grim Wolf Reshade and ENB, read you through the description its not difficult. the DoF is realy great also for gameplay and you can turn it on and off ingame which makes it perfect when you want to take screenshots with dof and play without. good luck hope it helps
