Well like most people i use "tcl" when stuck or i want to reach some place and can't be bothered going some long A** way, also i use "tgm" if i am about to die and the last save is too far back, and i spawn ammo for my guns.

but i never give me levels and whatnot.

Honestly it deepens on the game. The Witcher series, Arkham Series, Overwatch, Marvel Heroes, and even Minecraft I play legitimately. However the Elder Scrolls series and Fallout series...I do not. I do one playthrough with no cheating then every playthrough after that is all cheat codes and mods.

I use mainly the console debug menu to get rid of bodies and change timescale. I wouldn't call that a cheat. But i did immotralmode on morrowind DLC bloodmoon and I do make NPCs unessential when they annoy me and game insists I cannot kill them. I'd say its changing quality of life, not cheating.

Otherwise when i have played games proper, I occasionally do goof around as ... why not?

Not gonna lie, I try to play as legitimately as possible, but sometimes I get impatient and spawn shit or turn god mode on if I'm about to die and I'm worried about a game crash lol

I'm both, sometimes I do cheaty play throughs, and sometimes I do legit play throughs. Most of the time while I'm playing I hear the console calling my name so I say, "fuck it."

Well I do try to play legit playthroughs but I use the console if there is a mountain in my way and i dont feel like going around it.
