Adam Adamowicz, R.I.P., was a fantastic concept artist that developed a great amount of sketches for Fallout 3. A bunch of his designs didn't make it to the game, which was a real shame since each of them is a piece of art.

I think it would have been cool if you could sit in a Tranquility lounger and play a simulation where you can enjoy the sight of a part of DC/town as it was before the great war...Tranquility lane is very beautiful, but I was thinking in an urban environment, with business and traffic...

This game had just what I'm talking about, and its wonderful!

Maybe you could play a mission with the purpose of breaking free before the bombs fell, so maybe you'll get to see what appears in the concept art.

the concepts left out of FO4, do you plan to recreate and implement?

I would be interested for sure to scrutinize the cutting room stuff on its time, although it would require to have beaten the game and explore at least most of the vanilla content. When I played FO3 and FNV the first time it was in XBOX 360, which allowed me to enjoy most of the missions the way they were planned to be played. When I started using the Pc version, mods changed everything Smile.
