Hello people of GUN. I just recently got a new computer and I can't get into steam because of this special access code required. Now the thing is I use my brother's account and I don't know his email since they sent it to him. He's in school from the military so I can't really call him anytime soon. Anyone know if there's an other way to log into the account?

There's nothing you can do if you can't contact the account owner. Steam's solid when it comes to account security. The best way to avoid this in the future would br for you and your brother to set up an email account you both can use and have him pass the shared email the torch and make that the email accouny associated with the Steam account.

Yeah my brother was able to call me and give his email and account password instead of the special code so I'm back in steam now! Thanks for the advice/help though!
