FNV No options upon main menu launch

So i recently started fnv and in the main menu i have no options at all they are invisible anything i can do to fix this thanks- XRhino

This usually means your missing a master in your load order. If you use NMM the plugins tab is very useful for finding any conflicts.

I had this problem before when i was running heavy mods where the game would load but none of the options would show up try reducing the amount of mods you have gradually and see if that does it also as has been stated above look for any missing masters,and if all else fails (if using steam)verify the game cache

So i tried reducing my mods from 121 to 96 still nothing and verifying the game cache is stuck at 0 % any other way?

I think that problem has something to do with Darnified and Cell HUD. Make sure you uninstall those and try and load the games again to see if that does anything because most likely your menu.xml files got messed up. Also could be a problem with the fonts in your FalloutPrefs.ini file. Make sure you are using the right font for the right mod.

It means there is a mod that is crashing your startup.... It will load the intro screens and title screens but won't let you load the actual game right? I had that problem too, it means that one of your mods that has been installed since the last time you played is messed up. It sucks but you'll have to go through them one by one to figure out which one it is....and then uninstall it or see if you missed a fix somewhere or if the files are in the right places,or if it conflicts with another mod (Load order mods don't pick up ALL conflicts)

I get this every now and then it is because one of your mods is missing its Master file. Simply go through your load order and check each mod to see if it requires a master file above it in the load order, this should fix your problem.
