I installed a Sunny Smiles Companion Mod from Nexus in addition to Dragbody's NPC Overhaul and it would appear to be giving me some trouble. Her complexion looks like she has a Dahlia smile and she won't actually follow me, insisting instead to stay put in the Goodsprings Saloon even after partnering up. The skin problem doesn't seem to be isolated as other replacements are also coming up with odd conditions that look like vetiligo.

Are you using any body replacers?

looks like you're having overlapping issues with your body replacers. If you're using New Vegas Redesigned, Fallout character overhaul or any other replacer, it will conflict with your current mod. Try changing up your load order and turning off and on your archiveinvalidation. Hope this helps

@"BonnardCSC" Try putting drags mod at the bottom of your load order

Another recommendation I would make, would be to not use the companion mod at all and use JIP commander mod from Nexus that lets you force recruit any NPC you want. Same desired effect and it may solve your texture issues, if not then it's atleast another free plugin to use

I have Roberts Type 3 bodies with the Breezy Body Fix V1.0 and the Type 3M Female bodies going. I nyxed the FCO, Sunny Smiles companion from my load order and moved Dragbody's stuff to the bottom but the splotches around the modified npc mouths are still there.

Breeze and type 3 are completely different mods, it's definetely a conflict with one of your body mods if you don't use FCO or NVR. If you post your load order with a spoiler tab then there will likely be someone here that will be able to help you more definitively

Thank you everyone for your help. I really appreciate you folks taking the time out of your day to help me. I finally upgraded my computer after a 3 year hiatus and now I'm sitting here like what do I install first?

By the way in my opinion use Breeze its better and more compatible with other Drag mods but its your choice.
