Edit #2: I've fixed this bug.
So I have 1 mod that does affect the mask, but isn't the problem. When the mask is on, the mod makes it into a flashlight. But I can only see the red visor on some angles, and something I couldn't get a screenshot of, was the red visor was appearing behind the chacter.
