[F4] Game is absolutely FUBAR problems down below.

So my game is pretty broken right now probably because of the insanely long load order.

The problems all look like they could be caused by the game using too much Vram
Problems include:
-Npc's loading in an area way too late.
-Placed settlement objects loading way too late.
-Takes an ethernity to load the game, start the game, or load a different indoor/outdoor area.
-much stutter

My specs (atleast the ones I know)
GPU: Nvidea geforce gtx 760
CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 cpu @ 3.60GHz (8 cpu's)
Ram: 8gb
Memory space still available: 131gb at the moment of writing this

My most basic solutions for myself would be to either:
-get all the building mods and building things to a seperate savegame and uninstall them in the main save for future progress.
-get additional ram (only have 8gb myself but was planning on getting another 8gb along with new gpu in near future)

Could also just be one troublesome mod that I have installed.
I really don't recommend looking through this disgusting list unless my previously mentioned solutions are false.

Some of the mods have a pretty unclear name like 3in1 that stands for 3 hats for automatron.

Should probably also mention I have all of those vivid retextures set at 1k resolution and other texture optimization mods.
Pretty sure they should be able to improve the game's performance but maybe they also increase the ram usage or something.

Have you've tried FO4config tool, there is some options like high priority and other options that might help as well. Try mod organizer as well, that helped fixed loading issues caused by my load order.

@Player147proman I will try the priority tools from the config tool but I have never used the mod orginizer before and I saw there wasn't an official one for fallout 4.
So there may be a bit of difficulty getting that to work.

What I did was I grabbed the Optimized Vanilla Textures mod and and reduced the size of the textures in game because the textures are too big. I think 2k to 4k. After that, i topped it with another texture mod to further get a good balance between performance and quality. And then I got shadow boost and FO4 Config to help me set things up properly.

Here's where you might hate what I did to the game. You see, this game is fucking fluctuating in the fps department. Seriously goddamit. So what I did was I capped it instead to 30 fps because a constant fps is better than a fluctuating one. How I did this? Simple. Set the in-game vsync to 2 and that will cap it to 30. The weird thing for me is this, it was extremely constant to 30. It did not drop at all, even at Corvega Power Plant, and inside Boston.

Hopefully what I said helps. But I think you might not like the 30 fps stuff, still its better than constant dropping, rising, dropping again. Also, I suggest using the FO4 Config when changing things in your INI because it automatically makes a backup of the previos INI you have.

As for the loading times...there's not much difference to what I got back then and now. Its still pretty fast when loading. Maybe lessen the mods? That could help.

Yeah, 2Gb of VRAM is already minimum for running the game. And when texture mods come along, things can get problematic. Not to mention the the Kepler architecture based GTX 700 series is performing considerably worse nowadays compared to AMD's competition from the same era, which still holds up well due to AMD not giving up on their driver improvements.

I hope you manage to get a new GPU in the near future and reap full benefits of modding this game.

@VWgolfR1 Already suspected something like that.
@njmanga097 also mentioned some mods that I had used in the past to get the game working properly before.
Still had the problem with stuff not loading in time.
Had the same issue with gta 5 after later patches and had to tone down some effects there aswell.

I should probably upgrade my pc before summer sale anyway. I am thinking of buying some games then that may not be too fun to play at my current setup.
Already had to play at xbox one resolution for dishonored 2 and AC Syndicate to get 60fps

It could be that its a case of mod overload, I had a game where I had about the same number that you did and my game did not like it. I have also experienced that multiple overwrites tend to make my game a little screwy. A verification of game integrity might help. Final suggestion (this is a last ditch effort): uninstall every mod and delete the data folder, then reinstall your mods. It just might help if something got corrupted.
