So, I have 33 of dragbody's packs from the vault projects and I want to merge all of them into one file. the site had a option for a "all in one pack" but it's currently not working. I tried installing all 33 packs separately but it crashed my game. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay, I couldn't post the link here because I just joined yesterday, but if you check the comments on the Armorsmith Extended page on Nexus I left you a link.
It's my merged plugin that I was using.  Its #1-28, 30 & 31.  Those were the only packs I could find at the time.  Just came across this site yesterday.  It was made using MatortheEternal's Merge Plugin script in FNVEdit.  I never had any trouble with it.  You'll still need to install the all the assets for those packs, and I guess 29, 32 & 33 separately unless you make your own plugin.

You do have the armor base plugin, right? The .esm?

It's the master file for all the packs, it includes the bunker where the stuff is stored etc.

A missing master file will always crash the game on startup.
