You sexy sonvabitch, you ain't ending the contest.. i just went through installing TTW.. then uninstalling it since that shit didn't work.. then i realized what the fuck am i doing i should just be using fallout 3.. then i used fallout 3.. end of story. (side note: rip my other mods, died in the battle of trying to get TTW to work.)

I get the feeling that I'm doing something wrong by doing this, but I'll just drop this here as a contribution. I'm not a huge fan of being overly flashy or colorful because it seems to be distracting and bothersome for me to see with what I've learned to work with, so this is something incredibly simple and light (as in it's not something that's going to pop out to an irritating degree).

Hahaha the struggle is real bro! TTW will wage war on logic; you've definitely got to install that first, then install everything else. Still, it's so worth it. So freaking worth it.
@TsukiMoon I dig it all man, especially the first grey one and the first purple one.
