So i recently searched fallout highly modded on google images AND..... This came up...

Btw weapon animtion replacer and the FOMOD version wont do this i dont know what will.... just thought it was pretty cool animations i just wonder what mod it is from? probably WMX or something looks very modern!

Looks like it's just the vanilla anims with a really high fDefault1stPersonFOV value in the ini files.
Ether that or the enhanced camera 3rd person arms option.

Why don't you use hitman's first person weapon animation overhaul? It's really good.

This could be this mod here http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55648/? I used it as well but its incompatible with 1st person anims so I had to remove it,but it still was a good mod and gave the game a new feeling.

I agree with snow globe and hitman im fairly sure its the enhanced camera compatibility pack. I tried using it but found it pretty much unusable in 3rd person and didnt work with Hitmans animated ammo checking so I ended up swapping it out for his animation pack instead!
