From this thread http://vgunetwork.forumotion.net/t2145-vgu-armor-sampler-3-proper-plus-bonus just click on download link, after you finish download extract all into new vegas data folder, and activate esp in your favorite mod manager and you are all set. Aside from the page @Gedor linked, most of his downloads are restricted to those in the Colonial membergroup or higher. For information on how to be promoted to Colonial, read this thread. |
