I installed everything correctly at least I think I did but when I get to Birthday party in the vault it crashes to desktop instantly I know your not suppose to use any custom race mods so I didn't use any but it still crashes at the birthday party

Yeah, sometimes, just deactivated until you leave vault 101.

I had the same problem you have when i was playing through TTW! I got save that placed me outside of Vault 101 and just played from there and it worked like a charm
