I load into my Fallout new vegas game and sit there for a few seconds then a pop up comes up saying

MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ RUNTIME LIBRARY

X RUNTIME ERROR!

Program:...)\Steam\Steamapps\common\fallout new vegas\FalloutNV.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Ive tried verifying game cache and looking around google for an answer. Also i tried repairing my Runtime library but found that there were 11 different ones from 2005 to 2013 with x64 and x86 for each so I just did the 2013 x64 and x86, but still did not work. I dont even know why I have or need 11 of them from older years.

It's been a few days, but if you're still encountering this issue, the issue may be how many mods you're running or the mods are using too much memory.

To fix the former: you'll need to trim down your mods or use FNVEdit to merge the compatible mods.
To fix the latter: download Fallout New Vegas 4 GB.

I had that issue and downloading FNV4GB removed that issue but I was running too many mods so dialogues would randomly pile on top of each other. The soft cap for mods is 140, I believe, but try to keep it below 130.

Well thanks for being a responder but I was able to fix this problem by wiping my gaming and starting over and turned out to be a problem with my visual library and not exactly the game it self. But by wiping out my game and reinstalling EVERYTHING it put it back in order. I already use FNV4GB and my mods are merged and i keep it under 100 for smooth riding. So I dont believe that was the problem but again thanks for responding, I thought maybe no one would have a word to say about this XD.
