This topic is basically about what you'd use for fast attacks with melee weapons or unarmed and maybe guns too. What I use for immense speed in attacks for unarmed is: Rushing water, Slayer perk, and Greased Lightning. This setup makes you into a Fist Of The North Star opponent and if you combine this with high strength and Grand Slam you're OP! 100 unarmed and heavy handed would give you 50% damage with Greased Lightning so you're even more OP.
