In my current modding of Fallout New Vegas, i encountered a problem in FCO, in which some NPCs are unedited like Lieutenant Hayes and Johnson Nash, they all have default faces. Though i tried the other patches from nexusmod, it still didn't worked, neither does reinstalling and turning off/on the archive invalidation during installation.

Any help would've be thankful for this issue. And Hopefully i'm just the only one experiencing the problem.

Do you have any mods that alter those characters? If so, try loading FCO after those mods

I've been using LOOT to edit my load order though.

Yeah just try moving FCO-Npc Changes.esp to the bottom of your load order and try that out

Edit: Moving a FCO-NPC Changes.esp at the bottom of the load order works.
