I know since animation mods affect the supermutants (in Fallout 3) abilities to use weapons, this has been fixed by bankyboo (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/67383/?tab=description) on the nexus. I'm just wondering if there's a way to remove weapons from their leveled list(supermutants only)? One example being Commonwealth Surplus weapons since these are incompatible with the supermutants. Just an idea, I don't have any experience with the geck so I'm not really confident in how that works.
