New Vegas Audio Bug Empty

Hey Guys, still working on my modlist however, I've encountered this weird bug where after 5-40 mins of gameplay I randomly lose all audio, e.g. gun shots, footsteps, dialogue.

Weirdest thing is I can still here music, strange.

If you've encountered the bug or know a fix, I'd love to hear it.
