Does anybody know of any realistic magazine based reloading mod ala Escape from Tarkov for FNV? I would really appreciate if anybody could point me to one.
I found one but it seems to be hidden by the mod author.

@Tribal Raven I am not necessarily looking for a animation mod although I agree that Asurah's animation mod is awesome and it is currently in my load order.
The mod that I am looking for is more an overhaul on how guns work where it needs a magazine/clip to reload. Each clip/magazine retains the ammo that it has when you last used it and requires you to load ammo into it to refill the bullets in it.

Because animation mods require a lot learning and expertise in a sense, there really aren't that many. Ashura's Reloads are pretty good, but sometimes they are too fast if you have higher agility or a the fast reload perk. Hitman has great packs too, and you can customize them pretty easily as well. Those are the big two and probably the only two.

@ahyuser001 Now, mechanics like that would require a ton of work, not only for the visual animations, but the making of scripts and ammo/magazine tracking system, and let's not forget the fact that the engine doesn't help much for these complex kinda functions, unless NVSE and/or JIP has already the tools to endure this.
Idk, there's a lot of other mods that make the gunplay more "realistic" or methodical, for example this one: https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/64430
But (to me at least) the mechanic you're asking for is a bit of a stretch, i'm not saying it's impossible, but one can only ask so much to the clumsy, outdated framework that NV works with.
@The Rabid Dog That is unfortunate. I recall using a mod that sorta works like that.
And I think it was realistic reloading mod but I can't find it or it is hidden. Oh well I guess I am off to the using the vanilla reload mechanic but I can't say that I won't miss that mod. It really added some immersion during gun play .
not so many due the time that represents make new animations and requried full of scripts ... coders are focus on other things like you can check on B42 youtube page o the old Solid project was too until Tom remove

@conn11399 No not really but I would recommend it if not in your permanent load order. The auto reloading when out of ammo is annoying me personally and I find it silly that your gun automatically gets reloaded when you switch weapons.
This mod helps with immersion.
