Actually it's dark at all interiors. In some i cannot even see without NVision. All light sources are reduced for some reason - spot this in OWB , then i look and that is same in all places.
Now, i do not use ENB, i remove ILO, but this stays. And, since i do not have anything else, that mess lights i have no idea what to do.

looks like your lights dont work or are turned off which is very weird. try to disable all mods you have and then you will see if its still dark or not. hope you dont have too many mods installed...
maybe you could post your modlist here so members could help you better.

there is no direct lightning in your pictures. have you changed anything in the ini? you can try to install a lightning mod or an ENB just to look if it works then.

I do saw that too. Only change i do made is for performance by guide. Nothing, that will affect this. But, i do not know where to look in ini files to see about this.

Your issue is with Realistic Wasteland Lighting, there's an optional esp for brighter settings. Also I recommend you to sort your modlist, you have .esp's above .esm's, that's a bad idea, it will cause conflicts and/or ctd's.

I saw that - but header marks it as esm.

Ok - it become weird - menage to fix it.
1.Disable Reshade - lights still off.
2. Disable all mods and start a clean save - all good.
3. Enable all mods and start my last save - all good.
4. Enable ReShade - lights off again.
5. Disable ReShade - all good.
Weird.
More weird is that ReShade not suppose to do that.....

I've never come across that issue, but when I played FNV I used Electro City for the lighting if you want to try that (and darker nights.)

However, if ReShade is an ENB then I can't help you, I never touched ENB's for FNV.

@d_ahat - Although I haven't used Realistic Wasteland Lighting since 2017, it doesn't affect interior lighting at all...by design. You asked about what could have made changes to your INI settings (which do affect interior lighting)...that would be your ReShade. Just like and ENB, it changes several things in your INI. Does the ReShade you're using have an in-game UI? If it did that might be where tou can turn some things on off.

Disabling a ReShade or ENB doesn't reset you INI. You actually have to delete all files from that ReShade, load a clean save and then save again. You could then reinstall the ReShade exactly as described on the mod page and try it again.

ILO and OWB are both compatible with RWL as long as they are loaded before in your load order. I really think your ReShade is the culprit and maybe a clean reinstall of it might tell you the story for sure

Well, it is written - just start application - and u can add/remove every time u want. And it was working flawless so far. And this works again now!
As i say - weird.....
With steps above i fix darkness, then enable/disable ReShade several times-found what effect cause darkness - now i run without it and all is good. No need to reinstall game.
Still wonder what exactly happen. Bug or something else?! No idea.
I pick ReShade as it is very light and u can get same effect like ENB with almost no FPS loss.

BTW - u do not use weather mod, or u use something else?
