Its realism enb with tweaks to work with 47 weather in ttw. In one of his other videos he comments what he uses.

yea i think its realism enb as well but it also could be another enb that ive used before that is very similar to realism but that name dosent come to mind at the momment

i check de nexus picture and video of Realism and doesnt look like ... in other videos he uses another enb ... i cant discover wich one is and is so amazing

I believe he uses 47's weather plugin to make it look like that, in his other videos he uses old world enb. One of my personal favorites, very immersive and great for ttw
