I think Colorado could be cool, lots of mountain ranges and forests, Denver airport is some sort of secret bunker. The US was developing some sort of game changing tech or weapon and factions start flocking to the area after its discovery hoping to improve their position with it.

I'd like to see how Europe is doing in the Fallout universe, as im an european myself, rural russia would be great but since there other games that have already done that (STALKER and the Metro series) i doubt they would do that...

I don't think a fallout game has ever been set in Europe so that would be pretty nice.

New Your is definitely something I'd love to see.
Particularly if they used the idea from the unused script for a fallout movie, and had the GECK having been activated inside the city some time ago.

It would be a totally new kind of location versus what we were shown in the past.

With the Skyscrapers overgrown with greenery and bottoms of the streets flooded and swampy, we could get a very different kind of location.
As one of the users pointed out, the verticality alone is enticing.

And here you could have brand new factions, together with old ones. How about NCR recon being active in this territory?

I'd love to see the Northwest, leading into Canada and maybe even Alaska, again.

Personally, I'd like to see the franchise leave the US for other shores and build up yet another storyline in London, Prague, Tokyo, Beijing, or see how the "neutrals" fared; Geneva. Stockholm, Amsterdam. Or perhaps keep it in the Americas and set it in Bogota, Buenas Aries, Santiago, Vancouver, Montreal.

Or just hopelessly resign to the fact that Fallout 4 could possibly be the last game Bugthesda Studios puts out without the live service moniker attached.

What about going for something other than a large city, I know everyone and their dog seems to love these maps with a large city, but not everywhere is a city.

Every time Bethesda does yet another big city, it's one more city that China inexplicably target. New York, Boston,and DC should probably craters. They'd have been top targets -- but instead, it appears China attacked the relatively lower population of the Connecticut-Massachusetts border for some reason, hitting it so hard that the glowing sea is still glowing 200 years later... meanwhile Concord and Boston in really good shape for a 200 year old ruin.

But I digress. Even though it's great fun to find 200 year old ruins of real life monuments, I'd really like to get back to a world that was blasted to shreds like the original lore seemed to imply. I wouldn't mind a chance to explore something like an entirely mutated environment somewhere, like a forest with trees and plants that aren't...normal.

That's why I suggested Lagentium, the only thing missing is radioactive fallout, and that's only because they shut the coal power station 3 years ago.

If Bugthesda were talented enough, the setting for the next Fallout could be BF Libya, or 180 hrs of game-play in one room in an abandoned factory.

I would love to see Hawaii as a dlc map at some point.

Since its Bethesda it would take place in the east coast, prolly somewhere near FO4 and FO3 locations cuz the only lore they fucking know is the lore they made.

Id like Texas to be a map because its near the Mexican border, has lots of guns, and includes the Brotherhood of Steel Gun Paladins

Yeah, I agree that if Bethesda was truly talented, it wouldn't matter where it was,there would be be some great fallout content. But if they do a terrible job, it also won't matter where it is either.

I’d love to see New York City. The city is in ruins and the factions there must be constantly fighting. But New York City is the top of my list for the next fallout game. I think there’s a lot of potential there. But also, I’d love to go to California. I want to see the NCR again. Those two locations are the top of my list for the next locations. But New York would truly be amazing

Texas or Arizona, any place that allows the continuation of new vegas. Arizona during the fall of Caesar legion after a defeat at Hoover Dam would be very cool, with the fall of rome references.
