| EDIT: Found the problem and the solution in case anyone else is using this combo. ISSUE: Compatability issue with AWOP and FCO 3.x SOLUTION: Uninstall FCO 3.x and install FCO 2.3 Hey guys new here this is my first post, I've recently been trying my hand at modding but I'm very new to it and I've been trying to mod the heck out of my Fallout: New Vegas. It's looking quite good at the moment after about a week of solid fiddling to try and understand how it all works. - Spoiler:
I've been smoothly sailing through all of the content I've added and everything has been working perfectly until I found this odd lighting bug just past the Legion safe house. - Spoiler:
I've tried going into console and disabling the elements that are glowing but that did not help, it seems to be an odd point of light that colors everything around it nuclear green and makes the game lag to below 1fps and crash if you get too close. I have a lot of mods installed at the moment but this is the first bug I've encountered, load order below. - Spoiler:

| You might try disabling the Glowing One ESM. I could be wrong though. You've got quite a bit of lighting and weather mods going at once, I don't know how they work with one another, but it looks more like the Glowing One ESM is buggy. |

| Just tested without the Glowing One.ESM and the area is all working perfectly so you were correct, cheers for the tip . I think the lighting mods all working together hinges on the fact that part of the install of one of the lighting addons (ILO iirc) includes an option to configure it to work properly with URWLNV if the latter is already installed. |

It's an Intel i7 4Ghz with 16GB DDR3 RAM and a GTX 1060, overkill for what should be needed in this circumstance, I think it was purely a minor incompatability with AWOP and The Glowing One element of FCO3 causing major graphical glitches in that one area.
