| Hello, i recently bought some new parts for my computer, i wanted to play new vegas on 4k with 4k textures for a change and using more than just a few mods. I tried everything i found on the internet but i still stutter a lot when firing any guns or when other people are firing.
I now have a GTX 1080 ti and a I7-7770k Kaby Lake and a total of 16gb of ram. So logically i should have about 27488 gb for VideoMemorySizeMb= But like i said, i still stutter a lot when firing any weapons.
If someone has a gtx 1080 ti and a I7-7700K Kaby Lake or something recent and powerful and has the game working very well even with 4k textures and lot of mods, i would like you to tell me what have you done to make it smooth.
- New Vegas ini files - Enblocal.ini - Enbseries.ini (if there is something important to change but i doubt it) - nvse_config.ini - sr_New_Vegas_Stutter_Remover
For the nvse_config.ini, i need to know what to put... [Memory] DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB= Here scrapHeapSizeMB= and here
If anyone would be willing to help me giving me exactly what I need to make the game works pretty well, I would be very glad and you'll certainly deserve a rep. Don't tell me random stuff please, i have already tried lot of random stuff, i would like to hear from someone who has lot of mods and 4k textures and all of that while no stutters at all. I am wondering if it is even possible.
So i will be waiting for any answer, thanks to anyone who'll help me! _________________ "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us"- Gandalf the Bla- I mean the white. |

Thank you! It actually works, +rep for you. Now it plays at 50 fps and it does not seem to drop at all but if someone has something even better, i am all ear. Two things though. It says to set ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true to false but when it is on "false" mode, it crashes even though it says that it should be set off, any explanation? Because using both ExpandSystemMemoryX64=true and ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true is supposedly not good. Second thing, what's the thing about the shader package, what does it actually do? Thanks again! _________________ "All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us"- Gandalf the Bla- I mean the white. |
