So I have a decent set of Realtek speakers, but the threshold for my bass is set way too high, I distinctly remember windows having a built in Equalizer that was loaded with presets to choose from, or the option to mix up to like 7 channels. But every time I got to my speaker properties there's no Enhancements tab, which was typically where you would find those different presets. Any help would be appreciated.

So you only have the General, Levels, Advanced, and Spacial sound options? It does have enhancements on my end... but it may also depend on what device is set to your default. It's listed as simply "Speakers" for me. Any other options aside from my monitor sound settings don't have enhancements either. Did your speakers come with any sort of software (or driver software you had to install from the manufacturer's website) you had to install? If so, I'd check there and see if the equalizer is available.

Also, depending on your motherboard, it may also come with its own sound drivers too (IE: Like the Gigabyte board I have). Check there too. I hope this might help somehow! :S
