Edit: I've solved the bug, this thread can be removed now.
When I go into the institute, this happens.
I don't have any mods that change the outside world, I do have no disappearing act (It still did this even without the mod)
I don't have any mods that changes the interior of the institute, and YES , I did validate my files, none were missing, what is causing this?
I do sometimes get this in other locations randomly.
