I recently walked by the Covenant usually with no problems even Swason just sits there drinking as usual. Then a npc named Jacob Orden was outside sitting at the trader stop area. I walked up to him thinking nothing of it. He said huh what then all of a sudden he turned hostile.

Even Swason turned hostile and started saying I shouldn't of killed everyone in the covenant. When I have never even been inside the walls let alone killed anyone.

So I reloaded the game talked to Swason he mentioned a safe test I refused after that I seen Jacob again this time he welcomed me to the covenant explaining about it and such then bam hostile again and once again Swason said I shouldn't of killed anyone.

Has anyone here ever encountered a covenant npc outside of the walls other than Swason who's "guarding" the entrance?
