I'd like to know where I can change things like default carry weight, hp, ect.

Trying to make a small realism mod and like to reduce the characters stats. I assume I would be editing the special stats to achieve this.

So click on; Gameplay>Settings

A window will open up with various settings for gameplay.

Type "carry" in the search/filter bar.
fAVDCarryWeightMult and fAVDCarryWeightBase will show up.

You want to modify fAVDCarryWeightBase to change the starting weight.
