So I started playing Fallout 4. To find out that I also have a stutter problem with this game. The stutter happens everywhere though. Like in the menus and in game. I am running the game on medium. Here are my specs.

Your RAM's okay for sure, the storage of course, your graphics card is good, the operating system is okay too,

The amd fx 6300 is getting pretty old though, so you may want to change your CPU ad perhaps your motherboard.

That would help a lot.
If you are using lot of mods, it sure is not helping at all.
