| so it is my birthday today and i decided to start my day off with playing some new Vegas. Sadly the damn game is locked at like 20 fps and i don't know why.
i know my load order is pretty good, i have NVAC, stutter remover, and YUP. I still can't find the problem anyone want to help a friend out? _________________  |

| Stutter remover locks FPS, that might be your problem. Check the stutter remover ini and see if the fps is set to 60. |

| I was having a similar issue about a month ago with a fresh install of New Vegas. My issue was with NVSE. There was a memory patch I downloaded for it, and haven't had a issue since. I suggest going into the "Troubleshooting" thread, and look for the heading "ENB causes Framerate drop..." On the first page. The link to the patch is in one of the last posts for the thread.

| Also if you haven't played in a while and upgraded your OS to Windows 10 you have to re optimize your settings otherwise you'll get major drops. _________________  |

| I have a similar but slightly less powerful set up. The main thing that fixed it was the nvse memory patch. It's a manual fix that's easy to implement. Just google it.
