I have to say it with a heavy heart, but VGUNetwork will shut down in the very near future.
I am currently preparing backups from both the Databases and the File Structure. VGUNetwork will open up for a short time again later today or tomorrow, so that people can grab mods, tutorials and other stuff.
I thank all of you, who participated in this Community and helped it grow and made it an awesome place. A big "Thank you" to those, who tried to help me out with donating, but sadly it was not enough. VGUNetwork started as a small underground forum called F3Underground and evolved to VGUNetwork rapidly. The story now ends after 5 years.
It is a financial task I cannot keep up anymore without Adsense income or donations.
The recent Donations we asked for should have helped me to keep this place up and running. Sadly, only a handful of people donated and it only scratched the surface of what is needed.
I hope we all meet again somewhere else, or maybe I can re-launch VGUNetwork at some point.

| I believe that it is completely gone. It wasn't able to be paid for anymore. The site is supposed to go back up for just a little while so we can get whatever mods we want before it's gone. That's what i have understood. |

| Yes, quite sad indeed. But we have to stay positive! At least we're able to communicate with each other and discuss what we all love so much. Really, the only thing we lost is the database. We still have the forums, which was the main purpose of the VGU in the first place |

| It's a little depressing to see VGU being shut down, thanks for getting this site started up though. Hopefully things will work out for you guys in the near future. I regret not spending enough time on VGUNetwork. |

| Gotta say, gonna miss the look of the site. It's a good thing I backed up all of Drag's armor packs onto a USB drive a few days ago after realizing that I've downloaded the whole pack five times. With drag's permission I'll spend a night uploading it to mega and putting a link here somewhere. |

| I'm glad we can all just hang out here, I guess. Mods only attracted people to VGU - the community is what really kept people active. (Or at least, that was my experience.) |

| I had only recently started on Vgunetwork, been there for a couple of days, hadn't registered on a forum since the ye olde days of 2007, was enjoying my time there so it's a shame to see it go so quickly from my point of view; although at least this place is up almost immediately |
