So I just watched this video

And it made me think about how awesome Darth Maul is. The current one on SW Rebels and Clone-wars is too weak, nothing like he should be. They should make a series about him or a movie based on the books about him. In one of them he killed some giant monster by bashing it in the throat with his horns. I think they could make a show based on his Rise to Sith lord. From him being selected by Sidious, to his training, and maybe have it end before his battle with Obi-wan and Qui-gon. What does everyone else think of this?

I'd honestly much prefer a Boba fett solo movie. There are rumors of one floating around, but I pray they bring back Daniel Logan or Temuera Morrison. If they don't I won't be too happy.

I would like to see a tv series about him and his brother, Savage Opress. It was such a cool character

Considering the superb voice acting of Sam Witwer in the Rebels season finale, I would love to see a spinoff TV series with Maul, though I'm sure we'll see plenty of him soon in Rebels.

With so many TV shows breaking expectations and boundaries regarding fantasy stuff like Star Wars such as the Superhero TV shows like Arrow and Daredevil(currently my favorites) I think Darth Maul would fit perfectly in his own solo TV show, but that all depends on the writers and which direction they want to take the story, whether it's his origin, or something else. I'd watch it.

Yeah I like your suggestion, it would be epic to see a sort of a prequel for maul. They should bring back some Maul stories from the EU and at the same time bring new stories. I'd think a Darth Maul show or movie is not gonna happen since Disney wants people to forget about the prequels and such.

Well they already brought him back, twice. So they don't seem to want us to forget about him. Disney might start doing more of their own prequel things to distract people from the movies themselves. So something like a Darth Maul Prequel movie could make up for Episode one.
