nuka cola has the benefit of removing sleep in new vegas hardcore making it one of the most useful aid items.

I'm going to go with Nuka Cola being the best.  Why?  Because rumor has it that if you go into your bathroom, lock the door and turn off the lights and drink a Sunset Sasparilla and say "blamco" 3 times while looking in the mirror then a death claw will appear and rip your face off.  However, if you do the same thing but drink a Nuka Cola instead then the death claw will you give you a cookie and not rip your face off.  So clearly Nuka Cola is the superior drink.  Also because its Nuka Cola, and it has many uses.

Here are 5 examples.
1.  You can throw it at the faces of feral ghouls because why not?  Well actually when I did that it was more like a light toss, but it still hit the ghoul in the face, and yeah didn't do anything of course but it can still be done.
2.  It can be left on the table and then later be drunk.
3.  You can wave it around in front of a person's face and say "Haha I got this and you don't!" then drink it in front of said person.
4.  It can be stared at, picked up, dropped, and then stared at some more.
5.  I forget.

So yeah, can Sunset Sasparilla be used for any of those?  Yes it can, but not Nuka Cola style.
