So what is everyone thinking? I prefer clone wars greatly over Rebels. While Rebels does seem to have a decent story I hate the art style. Look at the building it looks like cardboard with chalk outlines. Clone wars had great attention to detail. While Rebels seems to only focus on people and everything else is of lower quality. Also why did the Clones get fat? Doesn't exactly seem like they've been just sitting around.

Right now, Rebels is nowhere close to where TCW left off. But I'd say it has the potential to exceed TCW in later seasons in quality and depth.

Yeah I think if they improve the visuals then it might be equal to or surpass Clone Wars. Otherwise Rebels just isn't too great.

I think TCW is better, although I like rebels and rebels is getting better (Season 3 Finale was awesome! The inclusion of Thrawn is cool, and the part with Maul and Obi-Wan was really cool.) The Clone Wars (in my opinion) showed the good guys failing and not winning every battle.

I think that Clone Wars was great. It had everything: humor, action, grim war perspectives and it wasnt like everyone says a kids show, like in that one episode were the seps just bomb an entire village on Ryloth and just kill hundreds of people or when Pong Krell betrays the republic and makes the 501st fight the 212th

Well Rebels is finally finding its groove like Clone Wars did when it started out, I like how they're shedding more like on how the Imperials feel and work, and I'll never forgive the Clone Wars for solidifying Grievous as a cowardly chump. I honestly can't decide until I see more from Rebels

They're thin as a homage to Ralph Mcquarrie. In fact the entire art style for Rebels is heavily inspired by the man's art, and without him Star Wars as we know it would be very different visually.

Star Wars Rebels is an alright show, season 1 is kinda weak and mid-season 2 is where things start picking up. Season 3 got some flak for having filler here and there, but that one is the best so far imo. Really looking forward to the fourth one when it comes.

I still like the Clone Wars, though. Season 3-5 being the best of.

If Rebels was given the time to blossom like TCW it could easily be on par. The story and writing quality is there, but Disney never planned for it to be a lasting show.
