They have pretty much confirmed they are doing the Han Solo spin off movie, although we do not know who is going to play him. Are there any actors you think could pull off the role?

You know what, I think Chris Pratt might be a good fit. He has that Han swagger but doesn't feel overly cocky like Ryan Reynolds. He's proved he can be a good in a sci-fi sans Guardians of the Galaxy. He has the wit just like Han did.

I'd also say Chris Pratt is a good choice. He proved in Guardians of the Galaxy that he can play witty characters in sci-fi films.

I wont lie originally i was finding it hard to find someone who could pull it off but i think you've hit the nail on the head with Chris Pratt, although someone else ive seen people mention is Taron Egerton. So far ive only seen him in kingsman but i think for a much younger Han Solo he could be an interesting choice.

That is an interesting choice. Hard to say though because I too have only seen him in Kingsman as well. He did well in that film but I haven't seen him in a Sci-Fi.

Apparently they want young young. They mention Miles Teller who has been in the Divergent series and I can actually can see him playing the role. He certainly has the wit for it. He can also do serious but also I only care about myself, which if I recall, Han started out that way.

Haven't really seen Aaron Ashmore in anything i dont think so not sure. I remember seeing that actor in Divergent and i think it could be interesting, definitely a lot of intersting actors on that list so it'll be good to see what they end up with.

So I guess it's almost official now that Alden Ehrenreich will be playing the young Han Solo. Honestly I have never heard of this guy. I guess he was in Hail Caesar but I never saw that one. I have very little to go with the actor so I'm curious what other people think?

I don't know this actor and how he plays in movies so I will wait to watch the film to make my own opinion about him.

if you want to get an idea of what he's like. i haven't seen the movie yet, but i think they picked a pretty good choice.

I'm looking more forward to Jamie Costa's Han fan film.

gotta be thankfull for the guy's tamtrums, removing himself for hollywood was a great favor.

Young Han Solo movie? Pfft, I don't want history to repeat it self.

I would however be interested in a Young/er Luke movie with Sebastian Stan, their resemblance is uncanny.
